| 2 | pk | (0.25-oz) active dry yeast |
| 1/4 | c | Tepid water |
| 2/3 | c | Sugar |
| 2 | ts | Grated lemon peel |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1/2 | c | Raisins; soaked in water for 20 minutes & drained |
