RANCH SAUCE

1mdOnion; chopped fine
1/2tsCelery seed
1/2tsDry mustard
1/4tsPepper
2tsSalt
1Clove garlic; chopped
1tbLemon juice
1tbLea and Perrins; or so
1/8tsHot sauce (I'm sure we'll add more...)
1/4cCider vinegar
1cTomato sauce
1/2cTomato puree
1/4cBrown sugar - for a double recipe; use the 1/4 cup and add extra to taste
