2		Eggs; beaten
4	c	Corn flour (I use wheat flour)
2	tb	Garlic powder
1	ts	Salt
1	ts	Pepper
5		Green tomatoes; sliced 1/4-inch thick
1/2	c	Oil
10		Cooked crawfish; optional
2	tb	Butter; optional
		Grated Parmesan cheese
