1tsCumin seed, crushed or ground (preferably toasted first)
1tbFreshly ground dried chiles of your choice (i used guajillos), about
1/4tsGround cayenne
1/4tsGround dried habanero
1/2tsGround dried oregano
2tsCommercial chile powder (mostly for color)
2tsSalt
1/2cPumpkin seeds, roasted
