DIVIDER | --Pour water over cracked wheat; set aside. Let cool to lukewarm. (Note: about as long as it takes to do the rest of the recipe.) | |

3/4 | c | (1 cup; 1 1/2 cup) Whole whead flour |

3/4 | ts | (1 tsp; 1 1/4 tsp) Salt |
3/4 | c | (1 cup; 1 1/2 cup) Warm Milk |
1 | tb | (1 1/2 Tbsp; 2 Tbsp) Honey |
2 | ts | (1 Tbsp; 1 Tbsp) Vegetable Oil |
