Green Chile Apple Pate

1lgGolden Delicious apple; peel; core and chop
1lbChicken livers
1/4cMedium green chile peppers (i grabbed about 1/3 cup of mixed New Mex and Poblanos from the freezer) roasted; seeded and peeled; then chopped
1/4tsGround coriander
1/4tsGround allspice
1/4tsGround cinnamon
1/8tsGround cloves
1/8tsGround cardamom
2tbBrandy (I used dark rum and sherry; 1 tbs each, not having any)
1/2lbButter; cut into chunks (I used somewhat less)
