3/4	c	Plus
1	tb	Granulated sugar
1/2	ts	Cream of tartar
2	ts	Vanilla extract
6	oz	(1 cup) chocolate chips (preferably mini-chips)
DIVIDER		--Or-
1	c	Chopped nuts -Or-
1/2	c	Chopped nuts and 1/4 cup raisins -Or-
2	tb	Instant coffee granules may be added to any of the above or just by itself
