| 1 | lb | Mushrooms; chopped |
| 1 | md | Zucchini; finely chopped |
| 2 | Stalks finely chopped celery (my addition) | |
| Potato starch beaten with: | ||
| 6 | tb | Water (replacing 3 beaten egg whites) |
| Freshly ground pepper to taste |
