Pork, Ham and Sausage Pie

1/2lbHam (buy real ham from the
Butcher; not canned or boiled
Ham. you will need one good
Slice. Remove the round bone)
1/2lbBulk breakfast sausage
1Yellow onion; peeled, sliced
3tbChopped fresh parsley
1/4tsWhole sage leaves; rubbed
1/4tsSavory
Salt & pepper to taste
3tbEach butter & flour; cooked to to form a roux
