1/2lgOnion; diced
2Cloves garlic; minced
1/2Red pepper; diced
1cFrozen corn; thawed (I think it could stand more)
Vegetable broth or wine for sauteeing
1/2tsGround cumin
1/4tsCayenne pepper (start with 1/8 teaspoon and add as you like)
1/4tsGround black pepper
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley; minced
Fresh cilantro; minced (I left it out 'cause I can't stand it)
