For the Sauce:
1/4cChopped onion
2tbUnsalted butter
1lgRed bell pepper; chopped fine
1lgGreen bell pepper; chopped fine
1/2cChicken stock
1/2cDry white wine
1tsSeeded and minced pickled jalapeno
