1cVery warm water
1tbYeast or
1pkYeast
1tbHoney
7cBread flour; or more (High gluten with a bit of barley flour-I buy it in bulk at the local whole foods store. If you don't have that use unbleached all purpose flour.)
2tsSalt
3Eggs
1/4cVegetable oil (approx)
Egg yolk mixed with:
3drWater ; more or less
Poppy seeds
