Spicy Confetti Chicken Breasts

4Chicken breast halves (or use whatever combo of skinless/boneless appeals to you)
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1/4cFresh orange juice
2tbChopped parsley
2tbOlive oil
2-(up to)
6smFresh hot chiles; seeded; minced. Use a combo of red and green for best effect. I've used Serranos; but Thai; or others would work well.
