		Beat in thoroughly:

		Add to mixture:
1	c	Cooked/ mashed sweet potatoes
		Sift together:
1/4	ts	Ground cloves
1/2	ts	Salt
1/4	ts	Soda
1/2	ts	Nutmeg
2	c	All-purpose flour
2	ts	Baking powder
1/4	ts	Cinnamon
		To wet mixture add dry
		Ingredients alternately with:
1/3	c	Milk; (1/3 to 1/2)
		Add:
1/2	c	Chopped nuts
